@@APMATT I brushed a long time without fluoride, it's a bad idea. Also most floss string contain PFAS. Extra tip is chew xylitol gum, it creates saliva and helps the teeth.

Fair enough. I do recommend fluoride. It’s a very hard thing to filter out so most likely the general population will have some fluoride in their diet, either from bottled beverages or municipal water. It may be shocking to say, but if people follow his recommendations, and skip fluoride, they likely still will see benefits. It is about balancing the bad bacteria that causes caries. Fluoride isn’t the only way to do it… it’s just an easy way to do it. It strengthens enamel and promotes favorable bacteria.

You agree with him using toothpaste without fluor? I assume you missed that part. Lastly, I would argue something is a bit up when he feels the need to use Xylitol mouthwash (a sugar that starves bacteria to death because they cant use it) to avoid human interaction level bad breath. That is not normal. It actually sounds like someone with too much bacteria that does a "genocide" of them to avoid temporary smell they produce, rather than fixing the issue.

@hama4291 3 месяца назад
@@Lobos222if you mean toothpaste without fluoride , I know many holistic fans dislike fluoride but I highly recommend it for all ages , not just anti cavity but also anti sensitivity especially after a deep teeth cleaning and or whitening . about mouth washes, I've never used a mouthwash in my life , its a medicine that I might prescribe for periodontal disease only after deep cleaning and for only few days , although I haven't recommended it to anyone yet , I instead sometimes advice (water+ sodium bicarbonate) rinse but still its only for certain conditions and not just for bad breath , bad breath main reason is carbohydrates intake. I know the (non chlorhexidine) rinses are labeled daily use but I still see it as a chemical that is not needed , personally my best mouth rinse and breath freshener is simply cucumber !

I really appreciate this video. I’ve been in a very complex and difficult stage of grief for the last 2 years, whereby I was on ‘autopilot’ (caring for the kids well, doing the minimum for myself and often less so). I don’t think I even looked at my teeth for the best part of those 2 years, let alone cleaned them or visited a dentist. I’m now ready to face any damage I have done to my oral health and pick up a new regime. I purchased an electric toothbrush, replacement heads, waterpick, dental floss, mouthwash and some other bits to gently ease away build up. Surprisingly, my mouth looks ok (at least by sight alone). Gums were bleeding easily, but I’m on week 2 of my new oral health lifestyle and they are bleeding significantly less and look much better already. I am looking forward to your video to see if I’m missing out on any other important pointers, thank you in advance.

@@haza123b4 I must be honest, I still have days where I don’t do the full routine twice a day, learning to take care of myself again is progress in the making. However, most days I’m on top of it and it’s going fab! My gums are hardly bleeding if even at all, whereas before they would bleed even when I ate food. Cosmetically, I think (I hope) I’ve caught it in time, as my teeth still “look” fine. I’m actually enjoying the process of it all, so we are still going strong but with room for improvement. Something I never had thought of or had anticipated was the confidence it has given me, I used to be afraid to talk to people close up incase my breath was bad or they saw gross stuff on my teeth. Now, I’m not afraid to smile widely and naturally, I’m confident to speak to people, kiss my husband again, and hug my friends. Life is great. Thank you so much for asking, that’s a very kind comment.

I think this video is really concerning. Giving the recommendation to use toothpaste without Flouride without giving explanation on why you leave it out of your routine and what trade-offs you are making by doing so will definitly harm some people. They will watch the video, don't have your sugar free diet and are maybe to lazy to do everything you do in your routine and end up only replacing the toothbrush they are using with one that does not contain flouride, because that is the easiest thing to do out of all the things in your routine. Now they essentielly removed the one thing that actually protected their teeths.

@TreCayUltimateLife the wisdom tooth is the third molar. Often times when it erupts it doesn't do it properly so that part of the gingiva is on top of it so that food, bacteria and pus can accumulate there. This is why he is talking about water picking, cuz that way you can clean that area. Ideally though you would just extract the tooth

Dude, I did the same thing. My dog died due to "gross veterinary negligence and malpractice" (currently suing them) ... anyway - I started drinking pretty heavily. Like - I was putting down a half-gallon a day. Kept that up for almost two years. My blood pressure went through the roof, I gained nearly 40 lbs - it was horrible. I started going to the gym (and yes, I was going drunk ... but at least I was going), started eating raw fruits & veggies with fish/chicken/meat, and after a while, the drinking started to fade into the background. I had a few drinks recently and it was not even close to enjoyable. The alcohol did its job - I wrapped my mourning up - started taking better care of myself - one day I just didn't want to drink anymore. Three months later I was rockin' a sixpack, put on some muscle and tone, and my blood pressure came down from about 140/95 to around 110/70. The drinking definitely had some lasting effects though. If I eat too much salt or have any sugar my blood pressure rockets right back up for about a day. But I don't do that too often. Anyway - danix0001 is right. You're not alone. Just keep at it man. I'm living proof that it's possible. You got this! PS - if you need to talk or anything like that, message me on my channel - or go to one of the websites listed on my channel and shoot an email my way. You can do it! That’s fantastic! I’m going through the same journey currently, and it’s the most excitement I’ve felt in a long time. These changes truly feel like a superpower. Having spent so many years enveloped with negative behaviors and mindset made me lose sight of how good things can be. I get frustrated along the way that things aren’t happening fast enough, BUT as we all know anything worth having is hard and takes time. Calm seas never a skilled sailor did make. There are several studies showing flossing is good and several showing that flossing is not necessary as long you brush properly(witch many people don't and that's the reason flossing is effective). Did you made any measurement with just the water Pik + Toothbrush without flossing to check if there an actual benefit to flossing? If yes and possible I would like to check the data too.

My observation: Brushing at night before bed and after lunch is better than brushing in the morning and at night. As per logic is: 1. Night Brushing: Cleans your mouth before you sleep, preventing bacteria build-up overnight. 2. Morning Saliva: When you wake up, your mouth is still clean since you haven’t eaten or drunk anything. Morning saliva is beneficial for your stomach because it contains enzymes that aid digestion. By brushing in the morning, you wash away this beneficial saliva. 3. Post-Lunch Brushing: Cleaning your teeth after lunch removes food particles and reduces the risk of cavities and bad breath. "Avoid morning brushing" Because there zero benefits That the point

Fluoride is unnecessary especially no benefit and definite downsides(however small) when ingested. What a shame the ADAs stance on supposed guidelines for 'drinking water'. As a dentist, for sure it has a topical effect, and several benefits, one of which is the replacement of the OH group in hydroxyapatite to make fluorapatite which dissolutes at lower pH and imparts other properties to it that are considered(from a dentist's view,) better.

Luckily, I don't like Coke nor Pepsi. I'm sure Sprite and Fanta aren't helpful either, but I'm trying my best, man. Especially with this deadly and painful disease I was born with. Doesn't help the fact that headaches and storms make my brain process things much slower >:( I mean, my brain processes things faster than AI usually, but those two things and waking up tired and being constantly tired because of the disease itself and meds is not helping me. I even forget about the most important things I need to do to keep myself alive and well, and it just so happens that I forget my teeth more than anything else as if my body is stuck in the era where we had nothing but the animals around us for food and no cleaning 😭 Seriously... I can't use lotions because they make my skin sensitive and all six senses are already pretty sensitive so I don't need that despite the fact that my legs will always be ashy if I don't find something better than Vaseline... Even Dove's products make me itchy since I'm technically allergic to pork(yes they use pork in their soaps. They use pork, chicken and corn like it's the salt of the earth 🤢). It's like I'm a woman with male skin and I hate it honestly. I don't like my skin being so utterly dry like it was when I wasn't using lotion cause I couldn't find anything that worked with being a problem and now it's gonna be that way again because of how stupidly dangerous humans are. All of those chemicals we don't need and the unnecessary lies that will only hurt those that make said lies and those that believe it and those that get forced into it. I'm sure we can find something purely made out of plants to put on our bodies instead OF FKING ANIMAL FAT! I love eating certain animals don't get me wrong, but it's putting it on our bodies that seems like it would do more harm ON us instead of when ingested... What if rocks also have feelings like plants do?🤔🤔🤔 Sorry, I'm more curious than a cat but at least I know when to run, hide and kill if necessary and plausible... Even in the times I don't, the universe is there to make sure I don't die despite the fact I very much want to because anything in this world is not worth it for as long as I have this disease... Even though I have died more than twice because of who and what I am... The only reason it's keeping me alive now is because it's truly the end and this is the last century, last decade... And it needs me alive to guide as many ppl as possible to Heaven since only "I know de whey" Sorry. Turned into a meme rq 😂😅 I go now. Must prepare for the Full Moon and howl at it like a werewolf... For some reason, it's probably the answer to getting my features and the rest of my powers back... I feel like it's more than that but I haven't gotten anything else rn. It's possible that I was tripping or it's too late. It's the only reason I've been doing experiments on myself in the first place; To figure out why I don't feel human and if these powers are the only ones I have and why I have such a strong connection to the spiritual realm and souls... Apparently I'm suppose to be y'all's Savior ;-; :/ wish you humans could help me, but y'all don't know anything helpful for my problems 😔 plus, some are disguised but are demons, some are controlled by demons and some are humans that are just straight up evil. Luckily one of my powers that I got back so far is the one where I can tell who's evil and who's controlled by hugging them 🙃 I wish I could tell just by looking into their eyes deep into their soul, but nope. At least not yet... We'll see with time although gotta hurry. 2025 is when things get more dangerous. I just hope and pray it's not a z apocalypse but meteors. Maybe even aliens that will listen to what you have to say first before figuring out if they should k!ll you on site x~x Anything that isn't like zombies for our sake! If we do get them zs, I'd rather be patient zero instead...

Regarding bad body odour or bad breathe, can also be fixed by going to the toilet frequently, the more you eat the more toilet visits you should be going, if not you have poor digestive function and or maybe a problem with your health. The cause of bad breathe comes from inside the stomach and body also, so if you eat one meal a day and you go toielkt one time too for that no2 business, you likely have no bad breatrhe or body odour issues, in a perfect world you would be exercising and sweating out toxins already, with this method, but yeah brushing teeth is also a necessity. Also when visiting the dentist , ask them first if you need teeth cleaning, if you don't need it, don't do it, because your teeth have a bio film over them, and if you keep getting teeth cleaning your essentially removing natural barrier against all sorts of problems.

NANO-hydroxyapatite toothpaste should be heavily recommended here, also mention fluorides downsides. Neurotoxin. Replaces hydroxyapatite in teeth with fluorapatite which makes them more brittle and yellows them and makes them transparent. Fluoride also causes skeletal fluorosis which will greatly hurt longevity. Also, vit D, boron, k2 are nutrients that will improve the health of teeth in the long run.

As a dentist, there's only one thing I don't understand: why do you use fluoride-free toothpaste? Fluoride reduces demineralization of enamel, promotes the remineralization of enamel, and inhibits bacterial metabolism.

1. Dental Fluorosis: This is the most evident risk associated with excessive fluoride intake during the early years of tooth development. Fluorosis can cause varying degrees of tooth discoloration and surface irregularities, from mild white spots to severe staining and pitting. The condition is cosmetic but indicates overexposure to fluoride. 2. Skeletal Fluorosis: Long-term exposure to high levels of fluoride can lead to skeletal fluorosis, a bone disease that involves the accumulation of fluoride in the bones, making them extremely hard yet more brittle over time. This condition can lead to pain, damage to bones and joints, and increased risk of fractures. 3. Thyroid Function: There is some evidence to suggest that excessive fluoride exposure might be linked to impaired thyroid function. High levels of fluoride might interfere with thyroid hormones, which are critical for regulating metabolism. Studies suggest that populations consuming higher amounts of fluoride can have an increased risk of hypothyroidism, characterized by low levels of thyroid hormone. 4. Neurological Development Issues: Some studies have suggested a potential link between high fluoride exposure and neurodevelopmental issues. Research, including systematic reviews and meta-analyses, indicates that high fluoride exposure might be associated with lower IQ scores in children. These studies often reference regions with naturally high fluoride levels in water, raising concerns about less controlled fluoride exposures. 5. Endocrine Disruption: Fluoride is also suspected of affecting other endocrine organs besides the thyroid, including the pineal gland, which regulates melatonin and sleep patterns. Some research suggests that fluoride could accumulate in the pineal gland, potentially affecting its function.
