Hi Mam, awesome progress, I m following Fittr group from facebook, and their app, mam they educate us how carbs and weight training is important, I lost 8 kgs by eating 50-70 gms white rice i.e., measured before cooking, twice a day n with weight training with proper diet plan. Many people have transformed thru Fittr.

I followed all ur instructions... my weight reduced from 85 to 72.... but my skin complexion getting dull during weight loss.... basically I had fair skin...but now looking dull.... why its happen...pls suggest me to get back my complexion....

Very motivational video. Im addicted to tea . I use milk powder and sugar in my tea. I couldn’t avoid tea . But i feel i gain weight specially in my hand after 1 week of having tea. Pls give me idea. Hi mam.... I am ur follower Last 1 1/2 months ennoda weight 3kgs varaikkum nalla koranjirku but arms, hip size lam 3 months ah same inches laye irukku.... romba varuthama irukku.... First calculate your ideal weight and maintenance calories! Then step to any physical activity with maintenance calories, later on go slightly deficit with same physical activity! Your metabolism adopts with this! The rapid metabolism change results your energy drained and exhausted. You can have 20% of any snacks in your diet ( mindful eating) Fat loss process is happening to entire body not a special spot! Be patient✌

Hi yaar, may I know your name, I'm Anitha, 32yrs old, my weight too 95kg, I'm 55kg till pregnancy, after that during delivery 83kg, after 1yr 85kg, 2015 is 86, then 88, 2018 90kg, after that I'm increasing faster now 95kg, I'm trying to do anything,my weight not allowing me to follow it up with any exercise or walking, please send me what I should do first, awaiting your reply 😊

Good excellent superb it looks like same my story as I m now 39 yrs I use to always go for weight loss every time as I finished my college B com then job within two yrs I got married then immediately within two months I got conceived n first child girl was born then after again working looking my kid my MIL n husband life went on then I again without any diet becoz I changed my new co. that to a big shipping co. with all facilities was the first dream job in life so automatically I reduced weight that Is during marriage I was 60 kgs as before that in school days n college u was always 78 or 75 kgs after my first delivery I was 80 kgs then after one year I was 78 or 76 kgs then after 6 yrs that is after I joining shipping co my weight was 76 to 63 kgs within 1 year but again I immediately got pregnant and then my weight after delivery went to 78 kgs then still now after delivery now 9 years passed still my weight is 76 kgs so when I saw ur video I was surprised to hear my story as I was always in my mind somewhere there was one thing I have to reduce , i will never go to 60 kgs again I am always trying now last one month as lockdown and last 2 n half yrs I m at home I left my dream job becoz of my second child son he i was crying not to go to school n could always tense my MIL then he use to call me in office n cry I want u otherwise I will not go to school so I left the job . Now again now I want to have my identity back so I m trying for job but due to lockdown I could not get it. But I thought I have to reduce my weight during lockdown as no work I will shape my body at any cost my ambition to bring to 65 kgs . I started diet, 45 mins walking drinking 12 glasses of water , workout for 1 hr n intermittent fasting too but one help I want two questions in my mind according to my age 39 rs and height 5:3 what should be my weight n second question suggest me proper diet .

Mam..naan 1 month ah walking porean morning 5 to 5:30am .... Only half an hour thaan walking porean .... Weight kammi aguthu....sudden ah increase aguthu my weight is 105 kg.. before marriage 70 kg... After ceasarian 90kg...thn 100kg...now 105 kg.. weekly once thaan non veg fish mattum sapduvean.... Naan enna pandrathu mam.... Enaku vera problem illa...only irregular periods problem mattum iruku... Next baby ku try pannitu irukean... Pls help me mam

Mam..na 78 kg la irunthu 61 vanthutten...with exercise and clean diet....I know ovvoru stage layum the weight will stop..ippo 61 la stop aayiruchu...still I have to lose 3 to 4 kgs..what to mam..and my hands are having loose skin...though I do lots of exercises ..my skin didn't tone..what to do mam
