I'm 24 from the UK, and it's so interesting seeing someone on the other side of the earth having the same issues. The same personality type and defence systems. Pain lets you know when you're experiencing something real. It's teaching you a valuable lesson about yourself, and even about the experiences of others. Become familiar with it. Let your understanding of the pain be an indicator of what you're willing to risk in order to experience or pursue something. It's good to be aware of that going on, because it helps you recognize the value of your pursuit. There will be a point in the future where you're almost numb to the conflicts or losses that used to crush you, and you may even long for the days when something could cause such a sensation inside you. We pay for our growth with pain.

I’ve always been skinny. But I like to have a bit of meat on my bones lol. I had my little boy, still didn’t gain weight. But now I’m a healthy 8and a half stone. Would like to be another stone bigger really, so I’m eating like a horse. Some people are just skinny minnys and cavy put weight on. But I use to get offended when people said, Hannah you need to put weight on, you’re so thin. It’s not ok to say, girl your fat, so it works the same saying girl your thin! Don’t you agree??
