You can use a combo of NAICS/PSC codes for training plus keywords to find some of those contracts. Great niche!!

Hi sir , I am new but I came into government contracting being taught writing proposals for small business set aside . But you are teaching me a lot of new things. So are you saying before the solicitation process you should schedule a meeting with the government to sell your products , but what if we don’t have a specific product and our goal was to subcontract ? Is that still a good pitch use a subcontractor for any product that you are trying to sell ? The past performance can come from the subcontractor if asked right ? Doing the industry day meetings , do you research what they are looking for and get ready , sorry for all the questions , I am truly learning and want to understand your process

You want to still identify a ss and potentially meet with the gov. This makes you much more attractive to primes because you will have the relationship with the procurement office.
