This is the story of my experience with Tibetan meditation. In the next two videos, I will embark on what I call my 'journey into Buddhism' and bring you deeper into this new State Of Mind.
It seems like you have a video for every issue that i am struggling with right now. I am so glad RU-vid algorithm blessed me with your video today. The problem i face while i meditate is, I cannot shut the little voice in the back of my head. It keeps on muttering and it distracts me no matter how i try to bring my focus back. It's so hard to silence the inner voice and not to think about anything at that moment. Anyways, Thankyou for the video. Looking forward for more.
Wow how you present your subjects and how well the quality is truly shows your skills as a film person. With subjects like these you will gain a mass following. Somewhat remind me of apapature( bad at spelling) with philosophy and important life problems everyone faces. ❤
hey man, I just saw your channel yesterday and is gold. Keep it up. Your content is unique, great things are waiting you, just keep doing what you are doing. cheers!

I admire you and your work. I recently adapted meditation into part of my daily routine, and through the course of curiosity I discovered the work of 'Mind Palaces'. When I meditate I often build upon my internal world. I am curious to see what you would have to say about this meditation topic, it would be especially interesting to see what your mind castle looks like. I also find it interesting that I stumbled across your videos after developing a sense of familiarity with meditation. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your videos.
Do you have any guides for how to start this type of meditation that aren't books? I have limited use of my hands and reading print media is highly inaccessible to me so
Above anything else I'd highly recommend getting the book Buddha In The Palm Of Your Hand by Ozel Tendzin. It explains everything I learned and is a really fast read. I will definitely be making a video on meditation itself in the future too
