NEAT plays a very important role in increasing our body's metabolism which aids in weight loss. 10,000 steps is a standard number people target to have a reasonable body movement throughout the day. But, due to our hectic day sometimes we are not able to step out of our house to acheive our steps. In this video I discuss really simple ways to acheive this goal in home.
