The strongest discipline is the one that's not thought about. Even if you hate working out, you'll be in the gym before you even realise it if you make showing up to the gym a habit. The act of going itself becomes automatic, and you won't need discipline anymore.

i get obsessive, so i get this. and sometime tend to bite more than i can chew which used to make me prone to burnouts. its also important to take breaks from that habit routine from time to time. so im starting to like this *standardize* *optimize* from the bro

Here's a crucial reminder for young ambitious men imo: "You won't rise to the level of your goals; you'll fall to the level of your systems." Without a daily routine that involves: • Meditation • Exercise • Investing time in your business, study or side project • Reading You won't progress. You'll repeat yesterday's outcomes due to identical efforts. Begin now and you'll cherish it my dudes. Stay motivated and keep going!

dude thank you so much. im young but nowadays im so stressed bc i need to do a lot of art stuff (animation, illustration, music) and i got school ruining everything. so sometimes while im workin i was distracting myself with social media (specially poocord) and games like crapblox. now i'm getting rid of these habits, so i can love more my work and be bored as heck just to do what is important to me. also dont put this music pls, i almost cried fr bc i relate a lot to this video theme. i think it's because of the stress of 5 months animating and not finishing this shit i just started to learn how to do, and all the negativity of dumb people that i find in social media. so this music + the video theme makes me cry, but for hope yk.

2:25 this part got to me cuz its waay too relatable. i feel like the reason why i'm failing school is cuz i've not been studying enough daily, like rn u would rarely see me studying for at least 20 mins a day. sometimes its worse. and then when i get my exam results back i just see all Fs or even worse, it gets rlly demotivating and becomes a cycle. 😔

The first ever positive habit I created, was doing yoga before going to sleep. And the only reason I managed to stick to it was because my minimum was to put the yoga mat on the ground and just lay down on it for a moment :D There were only 2 or 3 days I ended up watching shorts on my yoga mat instead of actually doing yoga. And I counted it as a win nonetheless, because I was on my mat. And that was the goal. Other than those 2 (or maybe 3) days I did some yoga video (sometimes it was just 5 min video, other times it was an 1 hour video) on yt everyday for 4, almost 5 months now. The most difficult thing is to get on the mat, not to do the thing itself.
