I don’t workout at the gym anymore, as I have a dope home gym setup, but a few years ago when I was 18/19, I would make small talk with this older gentleman (probably 50 something years old) and this dude knew everybody there. One day I see him talking to the baddest girl I have ever seen, then he calls me over and introduces us. She was also nice, and after she left my man tells me she’s single and that I should ask her out. (Not sure how he knew that, but I won’t make any accusations 😂) She was way out of my league at the time, as I was a little pencil at 145 pounds 6’3/6’4 and had a baby face, whereas now I’m close to 200 lean and look better with a beard, so I never even considered getting to know her more. Not sure where I’m going with my rambling, but I guess the point is the gym is full of attractive women who generally have their priorities in check, and if you happen to have some nice convos with one, shoot your shot!

@@animationtv426 Ya bro, I actually started at 130. I was a skeleton. From the time I reach my final height, it took me about 4 years to break the 150 pound plateau, as stupidly easy as that sounds at my height. I battled chronic anxi€ty for awhile that suppressed my appetite. However, after getting better mentally and training my appetite as if it was a muscle, I was able to get up to now around 200 pounds. I feel better and more confident than ever. I’ve had a good life so far with solid achievements, but none come close to conquering my “skinniness”, something I feared I could never do.

Who cares if she just sees you? That isn’t going to get her on a date or in your bed. Someone has to initiate, and typically it is the guy. It can be the girl, but it’s much more rare. And that would then mean you lose out on all the ones that didn’t approach but would have been down for you if you had approached and initiated.
