That's all child's play. I sleep standing up on lego bricks and broken light bulbs, and usually wake up with sleep paralysis (which I want), that allows me to start my mental workout seperatly from my physical workout.
Last year I started sleeping in planche position. I also use 5 plates (25 kg or 40 lbs) on my back instead of blanket. I usually sleep under opened window in winter, and in front of opened freezer in summer. This kind of sleep is very demanding for recovery, so I need even more sleep - it makes infinite circle. After one week, my back got completely used to it and I never felt better. Also my balls and beard starded grow unbelieveably quickly.
This is great. I prefer sleeping on my gravel driveway. The loose gravel helps roll out any knots in my back from the intense heavy lifting I partook in the day before.
Właśnie odkryłem twój kanał. Twoje opanowanie i filozofia życia przy tak młodym wieku naprawdę mi imponuje. Trzymaj tak dalej. Nie warto być takim jak reszta szarej masy.
I sleep on a soft fluffy matress. Covered with uranium fallout from chernobyl with chips of radioactive concrete and metal in a forest full of badgers and snakes.
Haha, at least you had a comfy looking blankie ;-) One of the worst nights of sleep I ever had was while traveling in a train and leaned over my backpack (so it wouldn't get stolen while I slept). What I wouldn't have given to just lay down on the ground!
I had to finally grow a set of balls so I climbed on my roof when my dad had the fire going and laid over the chimney 😂😂 hahaha. Naw but in the real, for a year I slept on the floor of the first place I moved out to and shared rent with buddies at. Was great but I became a "meow" again when I had the luxury of a bed again.
I have been sleeping on the floor for about 2 weeks, I have been taking cold showers for 2 years, and honestly my back feels better but it still hurts a bit. Completely used to sleeping on the floor but to be honest I think it makes you feel more negative than sleeping high up on a bed for some reason because I don't really like sleeping low at all.
