I've lost over 20kg and currently I'm on my first bulk to build some muscle ane strenght as someone who always was fat bulking is so so easy 😂 I love that i can eat more food and when i think that i would need to bulk for at least 5 more months I'am so grateful and happy ❤😊

This is gonna help me a ton! I was fat all of my life for those interested in 5’3 and 130lbs now but at the beginning of the year I was 210lbs. Now I’m looking to replace some of excess loose skin with some muscle.

I was skinny fat almost 5 months ago. I challenged myself to lose weight for my wedding I managed to lose 20 pounds while also building some muscle with my newbie gains. Your videos were super inspiring for me!

Been following you since you first started, realy enjoy your content and outlook on fitness and lifestyle. Great tips, any advice for skinny guy who doesnt wanna go to the gym? I run once a week and do calisthenics training 5 days a week, including chinnups, pushups, etc.

I recently found out I’m lactose intolerant AND gluten intolerant. As a skinny guy this is not ideal, but I’m figuring it all out as I go.

also note for skinny guys looking to get on a bulk especially if youre just starting to bulk and are finding it hard, dont get frustrated if you cant reach your calorie surplus goals consistently every single day right away. most likely youre not gonna be able to eat all these extra calories every single day consistently atleast without feeling sick 24/7. get your body used to eating more food and more meals dont expect your body to be able to eat this shiz ton of food when youve been eating below the minimum your entire life. i expected myself to be able to eat 2800+ calories everyday and yeah i would meet that goal for like a week or two but it was never sustainable or consistent because i was sick all the time cause my body couldnt handle all these extra calories. so what i started doing was just start off getting used to eating 6 times a day constantly ( dont even worry about tracking your calories just worry about getting used to eating more throughout the day ) once your consistent with that then you can start tracking your calories more and working towards upering your calorie intake per meal. Hope this helps some of you making your bulk just a little bit easier :)

What I do is track calories to be in a surplus and do full body workouts 2 times per week. And it works

Simple calories in and calories out. Maintainance - 500-1000 kcal for fat loss, + 500-1000 kcal for bulking. 0,8-1g protein each body lb, sleep 8 hours and do strength training. It is really not that complicated, but consistency is key. And mostly STAY consistent. Being in a diet and binge eating 2000 extra calories will fuck up a couple days of effort for NOTHING. Learned it the hard way.

No way, I never thought that "force fed" can be a form of ptsd... I always thought I had it because my plate is always clean after eating (to the point of not a single grain of rice is on the plate). It was because of my uncle who was abusive to me throughout my childhood years. Leaving food or not showing interest, even being full was said to not be an excuse to not finish it. Telling me all sorts of reasons how other people have no food and telling me how ungrateful I was. I guess children really unconsciously brings these words to mind and heart but we never realize its effect until we learn what "trauma" means.

Hey, just wondering if someone has some advice. I have been going to the gym for a while, enough to see decent results. Winter is coming, and so is bulking season. But i CANT STOP COUNTING CALORIES. I have tried stopping, But i have a mental block that says NO. I have stayed on a decent cut and im struggling to turn it around. Any advice for me? PS Wanhee i love the videos, you have been a real good heller with advice

You can also keep counting on a bulk :) Just plan out how much you want to gain and if it's going to fast, you can slash your calories a little.

Skinny guy cannot stomach a lot of solid food. What really help was using mass gainer powder as an extra meal for extra calories

400-500 calorie surplus will result in unnecessary fat gain

To be honest it depend on your training experience for some skinny guys who starts they may gain more muscle faster and it may make that easier for them but yeah i would recomend 200-300 kcal surpluss for most people
