There's loads of BCA sites across the UK and delivery is typically calculated by mileage but I'd guess around the £250 mark from Walsall to London. And you won't need to tax it until it arrives as it's covered by BCA until it leaves their possession (plus you'll need the v5 form to tax it which will be in the car).
