Just bought a Buddy 125 for dirt cheap that had this exact issue. Less than an hour of work and some fresh gas and it’s running like brand new. Thanks for this video.
I was expecting someone who only knows how to date a cousin, but instead got a well spoken, articulate, knowledgable, competent, organized speaker and repair technician. You covered everything without digressing. THANK YOU!!! I will now tackle the same repair on my clogged Buddy 50 tomorrow! I used to get those same gas gum rings on my old Honda 750 vaccum metering rod, so they look really familiar.
I need to change my carburetor tray. If I remove the carburetor, not moving the adjustment screws will it throw the carburetor out of control.Thks for your video 😊
I appreciate this video and understand the various cleaning stages but in terms of the carburetor removal my buddy 50 carburetor looks nothing like this one. So I'm a little stuck right off the bat
Wouldve been a better vid if we could see what youre doing. @9:40 youre framing is so bad, we cant see whats going on. Always good to use a monitor to see whats happening. Even a Gopro set over head on your table would be ideal. Then we can see your hands working. Cheers
