Tomato sauce pasta cooked with fresh tomatoes that can be easily cooked outdoors. I will cook it only with the German army mess kit. I need two fire sources to boil the pasta and make the tomato sauce. One uses an alcohol burner and the other uses a gas burner.
For the windshield and trivet when using the alcohol stove, I used the windshield of the Swedish army mess kit.
A little bit of tomato paste makes it extra delicious. But I didn't do it because it was troublesome.
Finally, as a bonus, I've included how to clean up the German army mess kit after cooking. Simply rinse with the remaining water you used to boil the pasta. No salt is added, considering that it will be used for cleanup. Simply strain out the solids with a paper towel, discard the hot water, and place the paper towel in the garbage bag.
I used 80g of 1.6mm pasta, but the German army mess kit has a deep lid, so I can easily cook even 100g.

アウトドアで簡単に出来る生トマトを使ったトマトソースのパスタです。生トマトなのでフレッシュトマトソースです。みんな大好きドイツ軍飯盒だけで作ります。パスタを茹でるのとトマトソースを作るために火元が2つ必要です。ひとつはアルコールストーブ、ひとつはガスバーナーを使用しています。
アルコールストーブ使用時の風防や五徳は、スウェーデン軍飯盒の風防を使いました。ガスバーナーの方は、内炎式だし、タープの下だし、雨でAフレームに張っているし、ということで風防無しでやっています。
生トマトを使ったトマトソースは、基本的にサッパリでコクがありません。そういうソースなのでそうなのですが、多少のコクが欲しかったのでチーズを入れています。カマンベールチーズが欲しいところですが、高いのでベビーチーズのカマンベールチーズ味で代用です。カマンベールチーズパウダーが入っている風味だけのやつですが問題ありません。
トマトペーストを軽く入れると抜群に美味しさが上がります。が、面倒だったのでやってません。
最後にオマケとして、調理後のドイツ軍飯盒の後始末の仕方を入れています。パスタを茹でるのに使用した残りのお湯で洗うだけ。後始末用に使うことを考慮して、塩は入れていないので単なる濁ったお湯です。キッチンペーパーで固形物を濾して、お湯は捨ててキッチンペーパーはゴミ袋行きです。
パスタは1.6mmを80グラム使いましたが、ドイツ軍飯盒の上蓋は深いので100グラムでも余裕で調理できます。
