Hey Darrel, I have seen so many vids and your channel is so informative and has a lot of value. I have a question tho. You made a video where you give tips on how to create contracts for webdesigners (a must have). That video came out before this video. So are you saying that you replace the contract and seperate billing invoice with this all in one proposel and invoice? Or do you still send proposals AND contracts to clients? Thanks!

Not sure if this would work for you but I use stripe and they make it easier to fight charge backs. My bank account also helps offset $20,000 in merchant fees for the first year.

Hi Darrel, amazing video! Could please elaborate on your chargeback experience? I'm new and I'm wondering how the e-signature is related to the bank? Does the client need to present ID that corresponds to their signature and then the two are verified? If the client does do a chargeback, are we contacted in some way by our bank and when and to whom do we present the proposal/ contract to? If you'd like to make a video outlining your experience in detail I'm sure we would all appreciate it very much. Thank you! :)

The e-signature will protect you in the event the client files a claim with their bank to say they don’t recognize the charge. That being said their bank would try to reverse the charge, but since you have proof you of e-signature you’d present that to your bank and that would deny their claim. I’d also recommend you create a contract with the client, and let them know you won’t be starting to work on the website until they sign. The contract will help if it ever ends up going to small claims court. Hope this helps

Hey! I created my website by following your ecommerce website tutorial and my current SiteGround plan is GrowBig, I'm running two websites on it. Recently I've exceeded my provided web space so therefore I need more web space. I don't know if I should upgrade my hosting plan to GoGeek (but I would only get 20gb more web space which is obviously less) or is there any other way just to get more web space. please recommend me something. Not “Better” but just a different approach every country has a specific style. For example Japanese websites look very cluttered and messy but that’s just their style. This is sort of the mirror effect I talked about in the video. Whatever works for you wins

Simple. Ask your web host to increase “max file size upload” to 128MB and you should be fine
