Alright today we're going over 3 variations for hammer curls that will get you bigger biceps.
The reason for this video is that I did a poll recently and was surprised that hammer curls was a common submission because I've always loved them but then I went to hit them again on arm day and realized that.. maybe they are overrated. On the Facebook page for the 30 day program, he has 11k members. At $20 a piece, he's made over $220k. I think he's got it pretty well figured out. Also, the program is fucking BRUTAL, and so worth it. You'd better be motivated though... it took me everything I had to get through it. Admittedly, I couldn't get through a few of them without getting sick ***legs***

ryan im 63 years old been lifting on and off for a long time. your exercises for arm growth are the greatest. i have changed my workout completly after watching ur videos. i always thought even at my age you had to lift the most you could but your high rep lighter weight has turned my workouts into muscle growth like i couldnt get when i was 30 years younger thanks a milloin ed armes

I like doing drop sets when I do hammer curls with dumbbells, and really I've never felt that anything was missing from these. Some great variations here that I'll definitely try though.

Gripping the dumbbells with your thumb on the same side as your fingers instead of a normal grip is a connection game changer for hammer curls! I love them!

I like using regular TP for the simple fact that there’s an increased chance of getting “the itch.” Once you get the Itch, let it bake for a couple hours and then when you go scratch it either in the shower or with more TP, it’s one of the most euphoric things you’ll ever experience.

hye ryan..i been messing whth weights for over 30 yrs,,genetically gifted so like after 7 months im done..and get bored,,but you have blown all my theories out the water..and made me realise a ton of stuff and advice from you,,,,,sp i decided to try your 30 day aproach to a tune..man,am i sore,,and not just for one day..like 4 days after im still feeling it,,but my gym has a sauna,whicj is cool recovery.,,,dude fxxxxx awsome, your relentles attitude is mptivation alone,,i havnt quite hitt the 20 times repp limit im on 15 but ill get to it,,THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED,,,,tell me about it,,but,,if you want 20 inch arms..this kinda shows you the way....dude your ace..

@@greghone6421 I would say your wrong. He is admittedly on HRT which although it is testosterone, It isn't at the level of the pro's. He knows the articulations and planes of movement like a seasoned physical therapist. He packages his knowledge into easy to digest, relatable information and they get results. So. Baby wipes! Definitely! Also.... Because of you, my Personal Trainer thinks I'm completely mad with the way I do some exercises. But he's learnt from me too! Thank you for your insanity but most all, helping me do better exercises. Even if I look like I've lost it, in the middle of the gym floor, holding arms above my head between sets of tricep rope extensions / pull downs.

In the woods, backcountry hunting. I always start TP the first two wipes to do the heavy lifting, then I follow it up with a baby wipe just to polish it up, then I usually dab with one more TP just to get any residual moister. It's a foolproof system.

Love watching this channel and I know I'm late but just seeing this old video and had to chime in. I am team both! You start off with the TP and scoop out the leftover tablespoons of peanut butter. Then you use the baby wipes to clean the disgusting fingerpainting of fudge the TP left behind. THEN you use TP again to dry so you don't have wet ass feeling and go into a nightmarish shock because it reminds you of Father Jenkins and his "secret prayer time" back in catholic school.

I love your sense of humor and I’ve already gained 15lbs over a month and 1/2 time frame but My gains have slowed way down. I’m looking to reach about 135/140lbs, I got back into working out at 101/102lbs. I hope maybe I can get my gains back in progress through your program. I’ve been consistently working out daily with my free weights and dumbbells along with my bow flex as well! So I have adequate equipment and I’m not afraid of kicking my own ass as long as the gains are there. Hope your program will help!

I agree. The hip thrust is also a terrible exercise to develop a peak on the bicep. Gotta do the right exercise for the job you want done.

Here's another one: Do Hammer Curls but instead of curling straight forward, tuck your elbows to your side and have your hands outwards and curl up and down super slow. Huuuge forearm pump.

Man I just seen this video on Hammers and I LOVE THEM. Do to an accident Many years ago I was left with the Inability to rotate my right arm Flat to do a Proper curl... I have been Killing my fore arms for 25+ years until this morning. Oh by the way I got a thing for Plus Size women and Baby Wipes to....lol Thanks man
