Friends in this video I have told about Makarasana. Makarasana is very easy posture. This is beneficial in back pain sciatica slip disc. Anyone suffering from these problems can practice Makarasana. Makarasana can be practiced for long duration as per one's body capacity. One can hold this posture for 30 minutes to 1 minut in a round. Remember one thing that while practicing this Asana you should focus your attention on your Spine and on your breath.

Main Roz TV aise hi dekhta hu... Aur mujhe yaad hai ki bachpan main jab bhi daant padti thi ya ghabrahat hoti thi kissi cheez ko le kar, tab main baal-aasan main beth jaata tha.... I still remember, mujhe bohot jyada relief milta tha, secure lagta tha...... Jabki mujhe pata hi nahi tha ki ye ek aasan hai.....

Sar 2 mahine pahle main gir Gaya Hun roj physiotherapy aur painkiller chalu hai meri kamar ki NAS dab gai hai uske liye kaun sa aasan aur Pranayam ka chahie main roj 55 minut kapalbhati karta hun aadha ghanta ka anulom vilom karta hun lekin aasan se karni chahie mujhe pata nahin chalte time gir jata hun aur pair fold hote mere

Bada confusion hai.. Raman Bhai..kuch log kehte hain ki hathon ko hatheliyon zameen par apna matha rakhiye..ya gaal rakhiye aur pair veepreet disha me hone chahiye.....very confusing!
