Friends in this video I have told about Makarasana. Makarasana is very easy posture. This is beneficial in back pain sciatica slip disc. Anyone suffering from these problems can practice Makarasana. Makarasana can be practiced for long duration as per one's body capacity. One can hold this posture for 30 minutes to 1 minut in a round. Remember one thing that while practicing this Asana you should focus your attention on your Spine and on your breath.
