*Recently I have seen you fat loss diet plan *U had given that 5 meals a day how can you lose weight because you're constantly spiking the insulin every 2.5 hours . Even though if u lose weight but not that much fast as eating 2 meals a day *With presence of insulin fat loss will not happen don't you know? *After that u had given carb 290gm are you kidding me ok even though it's sample diet plan how can you recommend 290gm carb for fat loss this is crazy and where is FAT MACRO NUTRIENT *You have to cut external source of energy (carbohydrates) then your body will use fat as energy *hasn't you study the research paper? These things *Again please don't mislead people because people trust you *Let's see What will you answer now? Will you??

Bro this is ARUN from Oman, I am doing my workout in morning. My diet plan 1.After completing my workout, after 30min I am having milk shake ( which contain 1 banana, 2 spoon peanut butter, 100 gm blueberry, 2 biscuit Fuel protein wheat , small piece dark chocolate, 5 spoon nuts powder, 100ml soya milk, 300ml cow milk, 1 spoon pure honey, 1 spoon dates syrup) 2. After 30 min having my milk shake, I will take breakfast oat meal 1/2 cup with mannys health mix and 1 slice no fat chees , then two egg fry with one spoon oil. 3. After 1 hour my breakfast I will try have mullai kattuna paieer. 4. Lunch I will take rice 5. Evening normal tiffen. Only thing is my chest fat it’s not reducing bro. Above diet plan is ok or need to change anything. Weekly 5 times I am going for gym

There has not been a single research or meta analysis that proves that taking post workout nutrition immediately within 30 mins after an workout boosts muscle protein synthesis. Also, eating whole protein food gives us a better insulin spike than a fast absorbing protein like whey. There are research results which proves the point. Body has the capacity to abrob proteins efficiently upto 24 hours after a workout. We do take points for our videos from the latest research made by Brad and Alan Aragon. @@MuscleMechanics 1.After intense workout growth hormone will be high at that time if we consume anything it will spike insulin then growth hormone will shut down I think This is what you are trying to say 2.Ok it could be true that are saying because after workout cells become more sensitive to insulin so at that if we consume anything it will spike insulin massively absorb nutrients to muscle cells very efficiently this is reason behind that you are saying....
