Hi you are providing great information . Thanks a lot . Is this applied for gals too .my muscle rate is low (36.5%) and BFR is too high (29.5%). Shall i be in 500 calorie deficit and 111g protein intake to loss fat and to increase lean muscles .will it give bulky look which i dont want ?

Stay in a deficit, increase calories burnt thro cardio every week after workout, take high protein, reduce carbs gradually. Follow this for 3 months. You will see results.
