Five Guys is my favorite fast food restaurant. They are the most carnivore friendly that I've found. And there burger patties are very good.

Wendy’s is my go to when I’m in a hurry. I usually order three large patties only and it’s very inexpensive. Also, I bring my own salt.

We are so fortunate to have Big Skye restaurant south of Calgary, AB on 2A highway, north of Okotoks. They have a carnivore dish for 2 for $40. It has chicken, beef and pork meats.

Biggest issue to me at restaurants is find a restaurant that uses tallow or real butter. But 99% of time they use seed oils/ veggie oils

I think I’ve heard McDonald’s doesn’t use anything fats to cook their burger patties. Might be wrong about that - but I do think I’ve heard it. Still not perfect, due to any cross contamination

Chinese Hot Pot and Burger Joint are usually my favorite place on a carnivore diet. I only order strictly beef and lamb. Helps me a lot on my weight loss and muscle gain goal.

I can't understand why McDonald's hamburger patties keep getting suggested by everybody. They are cooked in canola. Oil canola oil is actually banned in Europe. Wake up

Hello. This is great video. My friends n son eat out alot I get left out most of our restaurants are carb based. Honestly I don't see point in paying $ 17 for 1 piece chicken. Too expensive for me. Do want to ask what is your thought on konjac noodles or miracle noodles?

As someone who works at Chipotle, if you want to avoid unhealthy oils don’t go to Chipotle. Their steak might be somewhat safer and have less rice oil in the adobo sauce it’s marinated in but doesn’t require any cooking oil to cook. The cheese and sour cream is fine though🤣 Don’t touch the queso blanco if you’re avoiding corn/starches too.

Baton Rouge is a great place to go in Gatineau/Ottawa, Ribs & grilled chicken or Ribs & Shrimp and they can serve clean without sauce, and I bring back the bones for broth ;)

Have you had any luck getting the restaurant to substitute the sides like soup/bread/salads/veggies that I’m assuming you’re still paying for (but not eating) for a carnivore friendly side like an avocado?

Hi @k ma, it really depends on the restaurant. Some restaurants allow you to substitute the sides for an extra piece of protein (chicken breast or burger patty) but there is typically an additional charge. Best thing to do is just ask! Thanks for watching!

Packing snacks like Carnivore Crisps / cheese whisps/ beef jerky. Realistically if you’re on Carnivore for weight loss, and you’re in a pinch when travelling, just being more flexible with any low carb options is a good mindset to have. SE Asian meat dishes are usually marinated with sugar though which sucks. Where abouts are you going in Vietnam?

would like to give my two piece very late here, but pepper is absolutely not carnivore friendly. Literally contains most the things you go on the diet to avoid in high concentrations.

I'm not that lucky in my town😢. Also i will not trust the restaurants butter😢. And those salt packed with toxic dextrose in it😢. I don't eat that square plastic cheese from fast foods🤮.
