I like the setup. Are you gonna program the piezo to be disabled on the annunciators attached to the panel? Can the annunciator piezo be programmed to not sound?
I would just flip one of the dip switches on the back of it to the off position, I do that when the panel gets rebooted because during that time the acs bus shuts down and that acm goes into a com trouble and starts beeping. As for it being on the active system, I sort of like when multiple piezos go off at once, so I think I will keep it enabled.
Very good! A question! Is there the possibility of testing a Detector directly through the Central? In other words, enter the desired point and check its activation!
If you are referring to its values and whatnot to see if it's currently activated, then yes. You can not put the detector into alarm from the control panel itself, though. At least I don't think you can.. I'll check tomorrow
@@FireTech7 @FireTech7 In fact, I already did a test on the audio visual, however, activating a Detector through the Central I couldn't find any actual function! I've worked with other centers that had this option directly on the panel.
Sir i am getting dual/double address error/alarm on my panel for some of the smoke detectors. I have tried to auto program but still issue exists please guide.
There are 2 annunciators programmed into the system that either donr exist or are disconnected from the panel, they can range from acm-24at to lcd-160, find them or delete them from the programming than reboot the panel
