It depends how nice you want your wheels to look. Sometimes the barrel of the wheel is barely visible to where you might not need to, but most of the times it’s better to do both the front, and the barrel
I’d never consider that on my Lexus ES or GX. But I do have a little ‘03 Ford Ranger with rusty rims that drive me crazy 😜! I might try it on them - but I’ll probably just pay somebody else to do it, because I don’t have the tools and patience to take tires off the vehicle. Possibly the same guy who recently re-did the rims on my ‘07 GX. They were redone to brand new OEM standards. In fact, better, because they were defective and looked horrible when we bought the vehicle used. They had to be totally stripped down and re-powder coated (or whatever you call it 🤔🙃) - well worth the $750 to me. The Ranger rims should be simpler and cheaper, and yet make that lil’ truck look so much better!
@@thebestmont4424 index cards work better. They're thinner, taller, wider and you can you painters tape to wrap around them once installed to hold them in place. 😉
