The most important relationship you will ever cultivate is with yourself, because it sets the tone for all other foundations and facets of your life. Stop being desperate!! The person for you is out there, so just focus on your and letting go of the desire. Enjoy your life NOW!! Stop saying 'when I get in a relationship,' or 'when I find my twin flame then I'll be happy.' NO! That's the scarcity mindset. You're already complete now, on your own. You're perfect on your own. Step into that power!

Since i finally got out of my broken relationship, my whole focus is on making myself fit . And get a good body, not for others but for myself. Just the intention itself makes me so fullfilled and happy. Planning to start start gym and swimming next week. Not interested at all in my ex or any guys. I dont mind gettin married 1 day but im totally cool right now just focusing on me :)

Definitely. Self confidence, self love. I enjoy my own company even though I'm in a relationship. However we can all improve on this self confidence boost especially with social media & so many people online projecting perfect happy lovey dovey photos/posts. @@millennialaviation I know how you feel. I've been single for the past five years. I've been single all my life basically except for a very short period of time in 2014. Its been a wild ride. And I'm totally okay most of the days. But there are days where I feel so alone and it leads my insecurities to creep up and I fall into this hole of depression and self hate. But the truth is, its better being alone than being in a relationship where you don't belong and most importantly, you're not yourself. I believe its best to work on ourselves and raise our vibration and power. As isabel says, there's plenty of fish in the sea. And when we be ourselves and keep working being us and being our truest and best selves, we're going to attract souls with the same energy. Hope we find our significant others soon. But let's focus on ourselves and learning to treat ourselves as we deserve to be treated. Like a Queen sitting in her throne. 👸

I'm not single at the moment but finding out how disrespectful my girlfriend treated me mentally and physically I was hurt, she was my entire world and I thought of myself as inferior or lack of without her. But as I started to watch these videos it really taught me So Much about this is my life and I need to make sure I'm the best version of myself and I won't need to look for love it'll just happen. I'd say I'm on the right path but I do struggle here and there with keeping my confidence and professionalism but every morning these videos put me in a positive mood to just go out there and do it, Thank you!

I bought my first place in 2014 when I was 26 and I've never looked back living alone absolutely works for me. >Love the freedom without anybody commenting on my living habits >Like to recharge my batteries after I've been at work all day >Love that I have whole weekends off and have choice to relax and chill or meet up with friends and family >I love waking up in my queensize bed with no small talk or anyone asking "so what are your plans today then"😂😂😂 >I love making quick decisions on how I want my decor or if I want a PS5 tommorow etc After living this way for 7 years so hard to imagine living with anybody,now I got to find a woman who don't mind living apart thats going to be tricky 💯

All about self love! ❤ I started aqua yoga, drinking lots of water or tea, self love sunday, I tell meself im smart, beautiful, caring, positive and successful everyday, I travel and take myself on dates, and I know I'll be with my sp but love myself first and it'll be all I want and more. ❤ I actually enjoy being alone at times.

The biggest takeaway from this video is I've TOTALLY been having a lack/scarcity mindset around love. I keep repeating that I won't ever find my person, or I will always be alone...that mindset is ultimately what's holding me back and I know it. I've just gotten into that pity state because like you said, it's comfortable. I'm going to shift back into genuine self-love and start working on other areas of my life-wheel!

On Valentine's Day this year, someone said to me "You still don't have anyone yet?" and people have also said, "Why don't you have a boyfriend?" I'm just the kind of person who's not going to settle for anyone, just to say I have a boyfriend.

It's very difficult to not have a scarcity mindset with dating because if there were plenty of awesome matches, why have I not met one after I have been open to this for the past 4 years?...I really need help overcoming this. I don't know everything, but I think you need to start focusing on yourself. You've probably heard her say it and you've probably heard many others say it, however, you need that affirmation to stay in your mind. Because if you started focusing on yourself you wouldn't think of how no one is coming to you. I'm happy you now your worth, so notice your worth completely. I think you need to re-program your mind to know that you are a magnet for love... soul love not just any type of love. I think the universe isn't giving you want you want because you still focus on lack. It's time to believe in love and not depend on it for everything. Find something that keeps you occupied and focus on other things that are not love. Just let this whole video sink in. Notice your power and do not depend on another person. Because when you feel beautiful and know you sufficient with yourself.. you will attract someone that finds you beautiful. So, re programming and affirmations will help.. don't let focusing on yourself come in one ear and come out the other. 💖

Julie it gets better. Remember you’re not the only one who’s gone through what you’re going through. One day you’ll wake up and it won’t hurt anymore, you won’t be confused or asking why anymore. I swear your videos helped me so much with this. I went through an awful breakup and for nearly 2 years after I was still basing so much of my self worth on being single. When I found your videos they really changed that. Now it's funny....I genuinely never feel incomplete. I get lonely occasionally just like anyone but it's usually momentary and I back it up with- you'll be okay, you have yourself and one day someone incredible with come along. this is my first comment on your channel and i just want to say how this video came out right when i needed it to. i have been single post breakup from a long distance relationship for almost 3 months now and while i feel that i am in a better place than i was, i catch myself falling deeply into the scarcity mindset every now and then. the part where Isabel said that the person that i want to be with is out there but i have just chosen to settle for less than i deserve hit so hard and made me cry, but in a good way because it was reassurance that i'm not asking for too much and that there is someone in the world that i am meant to be with. her tips on how to get out of the scarcity mindset were very helpful and i will be implementing them from now on. thank you so much for this video and making me feel validated Isabel!!! sending positive energy and good vibrations to everyone :)

I was single most of my life until I upleveled with meditation and got on a really high vibration and then met my boyfriend, who I thought would be my husband and then he left me after 6 years of us being together. I developed anxiety, trying to fulfill my family’s expectations of becoming a wife and mom, etc. after the breakup I worked out a lot, worked on myself but it’s been 6 years since then and no one new appears. Now I’m 39, will be 40 next month, alone and shy and introverted and all of my many female cousins and my sister are married or getting married and I just can’t find anyone. Maybe I’m just meant to be alone? Don’t know but it’s hard to think about where to start trying to uplevel again at this age. You are so young, you probably can’t understand. But I appreciate your intentions with this type of video

You are the best! Every single day I watch your videos again and again, and listen your podcast as well. I have been suffered from one fuxx boy who has not wanted an exclusive relationship with me even though he presented me all of his family including his grandmother, we traveled together for 3 weeks, he talked to his co-workers about me and etc. What we did was almost like a romantic couple. End up, he Cheated on me after our travel. Sadly story ended. Anyways, your videos always help me lots and you're a young and strong woman that I would like to be! It still takes my time to get over this depression, obsession and all of the feelings that I've had. But I am going to keep practicing and marking your words to my heart! Thank you, Isabel

Isabell, I hope you know that I love you so much. You're helping me so so much. I'm living in Germany and actually no one is "" awaken "" ". We're all the same and we all have a different path, but you're helping me a lot to understand what I'm going through right now. My therapist also said that you have an open soul and a beautiful influence on people like me. 1. You are more than you’re relationship status work on other areas of you’re life ( friends, family, hobbies, health) 2. Don’t give in to society live on you’re own terms 3. Get out of the scarcity mindset (you will find better than you’re ex and you will find the person you want) 4. Feel comfortable alone take yourself out on date do things for yourself by yourself 5. Get you’re life together take this fresh start to creating a life you love focus on ways to improve you’re life (work in fiancees you’re career)

I needed this! The father of my kids and I just broke up a week ago and today we would have been celebrating 5 years together so I felt really broken and sad today.
