Certain CDLC don't have that option, simple as that, the creator didn't add that as a part of their song, annoying as it may be. Also your English is fine :)

You have to download directx latest version, or search that .dll online and place it on the Rocksmith 2014 folder.

delete that file then steam validate you game, then it should work

When I purchased the Incubus bundle I had duplicates of the same song instead of them being deleted. Maybe delete the CDLC version of it? that hasn't happened to me before

Certain CDLC Doesn't always work for me either so I'm sure about that one

try repairing cdlc songs using ignition.customsforge.com/cfsm i'd download the beta instead because i've been having issues installing the regular one

Have you added the original files required to work with the CDLC like the launcher and so on?

Only launcher i have is the game directory folder one which used to open up a second console with it allowing me to use the CDLC but somethings changed :/

I've bought DLC from Steam and been online so It should work still

nothing happens when i copy the dll over to the rocksmith file and nothing happens (I"m nor prompted to replace anything). Does that mean I have to download some .exe file? where do i find that?

I got it working. I just reinstalled the game and it works.

Sorry that this didn't work, they're (Custom Forge) still working on updating the .dll file as it does cause glitches/bugs on songs taking them to 100% or higher, maybe contact/discuss with the people at Custom Forge to see if you can get it working.

I just did what you said, but it still doesn't work... I saw there's a file named "rocksmith2014_260519_crash_2016_7_19T10_34_48C0.mdmp" do you know what it means?

No, could help you though by searching google for same crash error. Read my recent comments and maybe it will fix your game. I know it sucks, I am so glad I didn't have a problem because right now I enjoy over a 1,500 songs via cdlc.

People arent really posting computer specs, not sure if that is the problem or not. I just know it works on windows 8 as long as you ordered Cherub Rock. I kept reading and missing the fact you needed Cherub. Would install the dll, wouldn't work. Then read and got Cherub rock and that worked. But like I said, uninstall then install to C:/Rocksmith, then install Cherub Rock, Install dll, add songs to dlc folder, see if that works.

Dont worry i fixed dlc i had to install manually xD

I did it all again but the CDLCs just don't show up... And yes, i own Cherub Rock.

On the website you'll have to check if it has a mac version of the custom DLC for it to work

if it doesn't work for you, you might need to update your game cache on steam. then let it do it's thing and restart the game, then it should work. let me know if it doesn't.

is your dlc folder on your unit E as well? make sure you put the songs in the right folder. like i used to have the old version of rocksmith and my songs wouldn't show up. it was bc i didn't put them in the right folder.

I got it working on Windows 8. I don't know why you need to order Cherub Rock for $2.99, but you do, maybe you could order a different song and that unlocks content? I just don't know. I just know I had to order Cherub Rock like he says, I know not everyone has to do this, but I had to, then mine worked. 0) You need to OWN Cherub Rock and Rocksmith 2014 Remastered on Steam.store.steampowered.com/app/248750/ Note: there may also be a difference between owning cherub rock that you own or got from a cdlc. Maybe ordering Cherub for Remastered is the only way to unlock content (just an idea). 1) Delete any d3dx9_42.dll file in Rocksmith root folder. 2) download this : D3DX9_42.dll drive.google.com/file/d/0B1ZKYtpB0vu2U3RLa1ZvdmxJczg/view?usp=sharing 3) put it in RS root folder (I added it to Rocksmith folder and then Steam apps/Custom/Rocksmith folder and then also to Steam apps/Rocksmith/Custom/dlc just to make sure, expecially since someone said they had to put it in dlc folder and then it worked. 4) Make sure it's named "D3DX9_42.dll" and exactly that (browser adds "(1)" at the end of file name when you download something multiple times for exemple) 5) Launch Rocksmith via steam (do not use the .exe in Rocksmith folder) 6) You should be good to play any CDLC 7) if it still doesn't work, are you sure you correctly made all those step?
