Getting over someone is hard enough, but getting over someone you never really dated is harder because it is also confusing.
At least with breakups, there are always reasons behind them that can help you rationalize them.
Maybe you did not get along or you had diverging values or aspirations, or you just grew apart.
The problem with almost-relationships is that they have none of this.
There was never a beginning for you to compare anything with.
Situationships go something like this: You had a crush on someone and you thought feelings were mutual; you may even have been led to believe they were and so you allowed yourself to be emotionally invested in him.
You let your feelings develop, thinking that you and he were on the same page until you realized that he did not feel the same way about you.
There was your reality, and there was his reality and unfortunately, they did not line up, so now all you are left with is confusion, pain, and “what ifs”.

Most men will not say no to a low effort casual relationship! This, hit home for me. I was this for a man I was intrested in and thought was intrested in me. Turns out he never was, just good s*x... i waited, hoping it would eventually turn into something more. I'm slowly coming to my senses after 4.5 months of no intimacy and hardly any contact.

Hi sis, thank for this video! I agreed with all your opinion. Yes! It is more difficult in this situation as compared to break-up situation. As he left us feel like we have no value. Im totally agreed when u said that, they act best in earlier days that make us think they like us but is not. I have learnt my lessons. First, do not let them know much about. Keep it mystery. Second, if you like him so much do not show your interest first. Just act like a friend. Third, only test them if they put worth efforts for you. Yes, this kind of situation can let you years obsessing him. Yes, i have made a mistake by confessed to him. He rejected me politely. But the pain only God knows.

And i pray a lot, my god help me to let him go in peace way (which do not harm myself, other people or him). All praise to god, i manage to recover from the pain little by little. 🥰

I met this dude in the gym. He didnt say hi, he didnt say how ru. All he said was where do you work? I didnt reply. 3months later we exchanged numbers. He said we should go on a date, he was in his car to pick me up when he called me late at night. I didnt went along cuz i just met him, barely knew him so i asked him if we could go on a date elsewhere than in his car somewhere. He said he didnt want to. After that he even explained to already have a girlfriend he wants to make it work with. So if i went along with him he wouldve cheated on his girl ànd i feel like regret, i just shouldve went anyway with him to enjoy some time with him, i miss him.

This proves that all he cares about is cheating on his girl. I mean if he wanted to win your heart, he should of broke up with his gf long time ago. He didn't take responsibility of ending his current relationship with his gf before he asked you out. When I reject a woman who is already married, she made her image even worst by acting all entitled to have me. I say to her bring your husband first and then we talk. She wouldn't even dare bring her husband. So I can tell she wants to cheat at all cost. She would even take revenge by gossiping. All she cares about is making herself feel good by cheating on her husband. Since she was never attractive in the first place, rejecting her is easy. So of course what you did is a smart choice by saying no. If he wants to fight back with entitlement, you can torture him by challenging him to get his gf's approval. Chances are he wouldn't dare because he would not want to be in a position to ask for his gf for approval. Cheating types hates to go through this agreement.
