Thank you so much for helping me with the calisthenics journey. I love how I’ve built the strong Body I wanted. 2 years training with you and I can do things I didn’t think I could’ve done. “It’s not about just looking strong but actually being strong.” Also good luck to anyone in here who comments in first 30 minutes if we’re still doing the heria apparel giveaways !
@@lucdamhuis9796 hey man nothing will be a disadvantage. You most likely can do so many things that others can’t come close to! Maintain lean muscle and good nutrition. And look up how to front lever by Chris heria too . Go through all the variations and steps to be able to get there. For example I remember learning the handstand. It took me about a whole month to fully be able to master it with no wall. I’d train every day. No matter what I had to work on that day of the week, weather it was abs, upper body, lower body.
Remember guys when it comes to handstand training, take it slow. I tried doing too much too fast and ended up spraining my wrist which put my handstand training on hold for a month. Your wrists aren't used to carrying your body weight and they need time to build up the strength to do so. Be patient and stay in the earlier stages for awhile (months even if you're brand new) to build up your wrist strength. Good luck and happy handstanding everyone!
This legit just happened to me too! I was too lazy to stretch out my wrists and ended up spraining my left wrist and had to stop training for 4 weeks 😢 feeling much better now tho!
When i see your first video that is "Unlocking Super Human Strength" you become to me the 'Father of Calisthenics' . From that time i changed my mine to become like you. I have a playlist of all your workout videos which i follow till now. I learned from you happiness comes from pain that is ' Doing Calisthenics'. Really you are my real Inspiration. You and your videos made my day...EVERYTIME..... Love you so much... And this is my first time commenting on your video...Thank you...
there are other calisthenic/street workout athletes. search it up, a lot are victor kamenov, onizuka, andry strong. but chris is great to introduce a calisthenics to a lot of people but people think he is the best of the best but he isnt..
There are moments when I'm sad and demotivated and wanna quit. But just one voice can bring that motivation running back and that CHRIS HERIA. Thanks man for all the motivation you have given me. LOVE YOU MAN
Hi Chris, I’m 47 years old and have just begun my handstand journey. Your videos and fitness guides are fantastic and I’m seeing really good progress. Than you 👍👍
Yessirrrrr such a solid handstand tutorial! I learned the handstand in 2020, and have now achieved a 1m+ handstand hold, partial handstand pushups, and I love the exercise so much! Thank you for your amazing tutorials, Chris, you were one of my biggest inspirations two years back when I started calisthenics and your videos helped a lot!!
I've been training for it for 2 weeks now, I can wall walk and kickback, I'm training on the press and release which I'm struggling with but I'm getting there, hope this helps and I'll keep you all updated
YOU are my HERO CHRIS!!🤙🏻💪🏼🤙🏻 I train almost everyday with your videos, you are like not only my personal trainer, but a member of my family!! 🤙🏻 thank you so much for what you do!!😎
you broke the handstand down so incredibly well compared to your last tutorial, which is saying a lot since it was previously the best handstand guide on youtube. bravo Chris.
I had absolutely no clue about the history of the handstand that you presented in the intro and I loved it. And great tips to achieve the skill as always. Your tutorials are the best!!!
I started my calisthenics journey from the one and only Chris Heria last summer. I was almost 200 lbs and now I'm 150lbs/8.3% body fat and I can now hold a 3 second free handstand hold. Thanks to Chris Heria!!!
I have stated following you since 1month back, incorporated your 20 minutes fat loss video with my weight training. all I can say you are amazing man. I haven't done much exercises in my life. Being a desk job it's quite easy to gain weight. I am 33 years old and was quite unfit for my whole life. I have started lifting weights precisely 4 months back. I can see major changes in my physique. I can hold frog stand for almost 7-8 sec. It's amazing. You are inspiring lives dude. Just want to thank you. You are amazing.

The game changer for me was finding something I could support my feet with above me so I could get into perfect form using support and then release. It really helped me learn what that form feels like. (also film it!)
Alot of my strength has to be a thanks to you I can continue breaking boundaries physically that my family and doctors wouldve never been able to achieve and helping the bad genetics i got be suppressed. Thank you so much.
Oh my goddddd..... Dream to do it without support 🔥🔥and I think I would be able to do it with your help of you bro. Thank you so much ✌️ MAD LOVE PEACE OUT👊
Chris, what do you eat on your REST day? There have been a lot of videos about how you eat on training days, but not a single video about nutrition on rest days. Thanks a lot!!
You're so good at breaking down different exercises. It's like you're secretly watching me make all the mistakes and then explaining them in this video.
