i need help with my high jump..i keep stop when i jump and it hared for me to jump

Any tips on when to start my arch? My pr is 5’10 but I did a pop at 6 ft and my hips were over without even arching or anything the only reason my pr is so low is because I arch too early. When should i start arching? Is there a cue like getting my back to the bar

First time doing high jump and I got 5ft as a junior. Ima be hittin 7ft as a senior. Just watch

5 7 in seventh grade and a Pr of 4 11 trying to get 5 ft
