Does this help with uneven hips? my right side tends to get longer than the other one very often

Whenever I squat, my left knee caves in towards the right one. So, I'm guessing that I'd want to work on hip external rotation (and probably hip abduction)?

My left hip is in a bad way, hardly any internal rotation. These exercises look very interesting. I have just tried them and I can work with them, they really make sense. Thank you also for offering your free 3 day training.

As I'm sure you realize now, your ankle monitor is clearly visible in your video. Have you tried asking the judge if you can remove it just for while you're making your videos?
