Hi Dan I have to move the window in driver's door a bit (about 3 mm) forward into the front of the car, because there is a medium noise along A-pillar while driving over 70 mph. Where are located bolts/screws which are responsible for it? Are they these two bolts which you pointed out at 13:30?
Yes, those three darker color nuts will need to be loosened just enough so you can make that micro adjustment you are looking to make. You make want to mark them either with a sharpie pen or paint mark to indicate their original location before making that adjustment. This way you can always get back to where you started.
Not easy to determine from here however nothing beats a visual inspection. I would try looking down inside the door from the top. If that doesn't yield any answers you will most likely need to remove the inside door panel to get a better look. There are some videos on RU-vid to help.
