Hi. I just purchased this system. I noticed there are two different kinds of blue locking clips included in my package. But your video and the included instructions don't explain the difference or which ones to use. Can you clarify?
Hi there. If you have 1/4" tubing, please use the small blue locking clips. If you have 3/8" tubing, please use the big blue locking clips. Can I just hook this up to the cold water input to my main faucet instead of installing the separate drinking water faucet? I'm not in a situation to remodel my countertop

Hello! I just installed my filter system and let it run for 15 min. I tested the filtered water and my tap water. Both read undrinkable. What should I do? It seems my filter isn’t filtering
