Great attention to detail ive seen them installed before using a floor jack to lift the rear end up for more clearance.

Thanks, just finished installing the fins on my Z06. I would suggest after drilling the 1/8" holes through the template into the valance that you remove the template and use it to line up the holes with the screw holes in the clips that have been installed on the diffuser fins. This will greatly aid you when installing the fins. There can be a great variation in the drilled holes and the spacing of the diffuser clip holes. With working clearances tight under the valance this will make getting the screws started into the diffuser clip holes much easier.

is there by any chance a small gap on the upper tip of the diffuser fins? I installed them and have very small gaps

Real nice video, only extra comment is that on a Z51 the eLSD is pretty tightly packed up against the drivers side so be careful drilling

Great video but my man "I'm not going to drill more than 10mm" I cringed a little when I saw the entire 1/8" bit go in what it looks like at least 20mm :D
