There was no damage to our boxes or any of the pieces in them.
The floors cut very smoothly and when I couldn’t find the transition strips on the website, I contacted Floor and Decor.
They went out of their way to order them, put them in a cart, and send me an invoice so I could easily purchase it....Customer service was top notch!
Not to mention the STORE WAS AWESOME!
We went knowing the 4 samples we wanted to see and ended up spending hours checking out the different displays and ideas they give you right there in store! IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP!
