Two things.... You didn't use the star pattern when you tightened the lug nuts which is a bad idea and you didn't torque them either. They're supposed to be torqued for a reason.

sir..at 2:51 look at the difference in the position of the tire angle on the driver side compared to passenger side u might need some adjusting to some steering components looks great tho cheers

Hello, the friend who filmed the video is in a repairing shop, they have the tools to have them held up. H's at about 5K and doesn't have any probs.

I work at a shop that lifts trucks and deals with offsets, spacing, load bearing etc and search RU-vid to see what inaccurate information my customers have seen. This is how wheels fly off. Doesn't use the star pattern. Front wheels are angled during install, doesnt use a torque wrench for the proper tightness, no loctite between the spacer and hub, etc.
