( I would follow it with half hour walk daily ) My eating window: 12-8pm 🌺 7july - Day 1 : ✅ ( Diet followed with only 10 mins walk as i wasn't well 🥲) 🌺 8 July - Day 2 : ✅ ( Diet followed properly with 30 mins walk but I had one glass lassi ( 3 tbspn dahj + pinch salt ) at 9;30 coz I was feeling so low).
