Usually I don't comment on videos but your this video compelled me to do it.....well this is perfect and feasible diet plan for us because we can't live without roti although I can afford Alhamdulillah but we are used to roti.

Assalamualiekum , I am the mother of 3 children and working woman also following your August diet plan and lost 2 kgs but due to packed schedule very difficult for me to have salalds cut and made a little other efforts , this plan is low budget as well as very easy to follow , and as being nursing mother as well for past year the habbit of taking mulk or yogurt seems difficult to cut down from diet , now I am so happy that this will work InshAllah, I will share my results after 1 month , right now having weight 67 kgs after loosing from 69 now waiting uptill 65 kg to loose❤
