Today, I would like to make an edamame and cheese twist bread.
This bread is crispy in texture and brings out a very unique flavor combining edamame, bacon, and cheese.
The colors from each component make this bread look delicious.
Having a light texture, this bread is popular among children too.

Mix the ingredients let it sit until the dough doubles in size.
Add edamame, cheese and bacon in the dough,mix well.
Cut into 6 equal parts, round into an egg shape, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough until it's about 30cm (12inches) long.,and fold the dougt in the half.
Hold an end with one hand and then twist the other end two to three times.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and cover it with a dry cloth until the dough is 1.5 times larger.
After the dough has risen, sprinkle cheese on the dough.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C (350F).
