I eat avocado toast for breakfast everyday! I toss arugula or spinach with sundried tomatoes and the oil it comes in. Add avocado, cucumbers, and top with 2 eggs. So delicious! I also make Italian salads with salami, olives, and sun dried tomatoes 🤗

I have a question for you. I can't get an answer from anyone. On many charcuterie boards there are small containers of preserves or jellys. What I need to know is WHAT do you do with the jellys. Do you put it ON a piece of cheese or meat which is on a cracker? Or do you eat the jam separately on a cracker? What do most people in the know do??
Great question! Charcuterie is just about making different combinations with the foods. So you essentially make your cracker with cheese and meat, and you spoon some jam on top. The jam will add sweetness to the saltiness of the cheese and meat, and just give a different flavor profile. So you just try different combos of meats, cheeses, and jams to see what combos you like! Some people dont like the added sweetness, but I definitely do 🥰
