Not quite for the classic, but there are variations, and you will find plenty of places that make pljeskavica stuffed with cheese or with spice variations. I see nothing wrong with this. I'm also not sure what's so commercial about making something from scratch with free range meats over coals?

That's the point. This can't be bought/sold. Because it's made with love and dedication (I'am serious). And that could never work with fast food stores etc. You can find quality stuff ofcourse, but like this never.

Upravo zavrsio pravljenje pljeskavica 480 komada morao sam kupiti jos jedan frizider sve lepo da stane . 80kg prasetine 10kg junetine 5kg mlevenih sojinih cufti 5kg mlevenog juneceg loja 1,5 kg soli 1,5kg bibera 1,5 kg vegete C 500 grama tucane ljute paprike 200 grama praska za pecivo sve dobro umesiti sacekati 30min pa ponoviti mesanje . Ima bar pola godine da rostiljam .
