The propeller needs to be more in line with the rudder it's useing most of the power to lift the back end of the boat out the water look at the angle of it at the very end of the video
@@mtb0519 yes the propeller should be more parallel to the boat so that it lifts the front more than the back. I do see that of the rudder stays where it is and the propeller get shifted up behind the rudder it would be way better
У мотора потенциал есть. А вот у корпуса данного "судна" никаких шансов. Будь корпус не водоизмещающим, а глиссирующим. Могло быть намного веселее. Пока очень сыро.

Very good project! Small advice...The rudder should be lowered in front of propeller (when you are looking from stern of the boat) and than you will get better manouverability.Thanks for the video!
