The jam inside is hot when freshly baked, so be careful.
I recommend tasting it after it has cooled down thoroughly.
This time, I used strawberry jam, but you can change it to your favorite jam and try making your own.

Jam bun
(ingredient) 6 pieces
200g bread flour
Strawberry jam (20g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
2/3 teaspoon instant dry yeast (3g)
60g hot water
80g milk
150g jam
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tbsp milk for finishing
(Summary of how to make)
Put ingredients in a container, mix, spread out and let rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out and fold the dough 10 times.
Primary fermentation until doubled in size.
Vent the dough and cut into 6 equal pieces.
Roll it up and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place the jam in the center
Fold in half and stick together tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and ferment until doubled in size.
Brush the surface with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (395F) for 12 to 15 minutes.
