A good tip is to cut the Seamoss with kitchen scissors before blending so it doesn't wrap around blender blades. Some blenders get hot or shut down from long strands of moss

Well spoken, clear and strong tone. I understand the instructions very well. I’ve been taking this for one week and I can attest to his energy and clarity. His vibe is on a higher frequency than most. Sea-moss just sets the tone for the day. I take a cup of pomegranate seeds, fresh squeezed oj, apple cider vinegar water, vitamins and less than a cup of coffee with 1-2 spoonfuls. I feel alive, energized and clear throughout my day...Add a plant based protein shake in a cold mug to go for food if you get hungry later. No typical breakfasts anymore for me. Fruit and moss!😎🦾

Akeem, I made this sea moss gel today in my blender 01/15/20. It came out just as you said. What I loved was when I put it on my face it "tightened up" everything as my face was drying. When I washed it off, my face felt like a baby's bottom; then I put coconut oil on my face to moisturize. I'm so glad you turned us on to this natural, holistic, fresh, product. Peace & blessings. Yesterday I made my second batch of sea moss gel and it came out so smooth. No clumps at all. My last batch I mistakenly added the soaking water to the blender. This time I used spring water and it blended perfectly. I’m using the sea moss soaking water for my flowers & plants. Thanks for this informative video Akeem.

Thanks for this awesome, simple tutorial. I just made my first sea moss gel and it was so easy. It came out smooth and thankfully I have a Vitamix. I let it soak for approximately 4 hours and it was just perfect.
