That’s really neat! I have 3 grandsons, when they come in I’ll surprise them with making that! We usually do a craft so the snowball slime will be great fun! You were so fun to watch! ⛄️
Again another stellar 'science' holiday project! Talk about the look of 'glee' on your face!!! Linda you never fail to amaze. Voting for Grinch Slime!🌹🌹🌹
@@newenglandfineliving I dont ha e ADHD and slime makes me physically ill!! I applaud you getting past the gross factor to make something your nephew obviously enjoyed ❤❤❤
Im a retired pre-K teacher of 28 years, plus 12 years prior with Special Needs Education, and I discovered an easy, reliable slime recipe: Equal parts of Liquid Starch and Elmer’s glue!! You can add glitter, essential oils, or food coloring as desired!
That was awesome. My 5yr grandson will love making this. Not going to lie, I’ll be playing with it, too. lol I think the white one without glitter would be good to use in my car to pick up all the little dust bunnies that get caught in the crevices. 😅
What fun! I've never made it myself but my daughter works with preschool children and she's made gallons of this slime in every colour for the Pre-School, and her own child! It's a great sensory activity that the kids all love, and keeps them entertained for a long time. Fun to use with little rolling pins, cookie cutters and what not from play kitchen tools too. 😊 ~M~
Oh, I am so making that with my oldest two grands. The 5 year old grandson is really into Ghostbusters! The OLD best GB. And my 8 yo granddaughter and I will make the glittery snowball slime. What is not to love about you Linda? You are my kindred sister. xoxTXDeb
I think you had more fun than your little nephew 😂. It was fun to see this video. Thanks for sharing. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family Linda 😊
Oh I was binge watching some of your old video's and came across the one where you were looking for silverware. I did the same thing. I inherited my mother's that she was gifted at their wedding during the Depression. Since most did not have money for a gift they would wrap up a place setting and gift it. So my Mother ended up with three different settings. So, I picked my favorite and carried the spoon in my purse for years. Everytime I would come across a new consignment shop or antique store I would hunt for my treasure. I ended up with a complete set and enough to set a table for 15! and since my family is still growing I am still on the lookout. So happy to hear that I am doing something Linda Smith Davis was doing also...how fun.
Good morning Linda. I wonder if the brand of glue makes any difference? 💁🏻♀️ but what a great idea to keep little ones occupied! I will keep those items on hand with the directions written down for future reference. Thanks again!!!! Have a great day😊
Reminds me of making home made dough. So cute. Love, when you bring out the inner child in us. Will try this with my 3 great grandchildren. Thank you teacher. I would love having you as my sister, cause I have no sister. So I will adopt you as my kindred sister,OK! Marilyn, from Michigan ❤️
Thanks for the fun tip when my grandsons come for Cookie Weekend with the rest of the family!! We'll do this craft together before we start baking cookies!! Happy Holidays!
I have made slime with my 2 granddaughters at my house but they are not allowed to bring it home , I guess it ended up in carpet and on clothes and was tough to remove
Good morning from California. I’m so happy I came to learn of your channel Linda. I find you refreshing, intelligent and fun. This is a super fun tutorial. Thank you for sharing!! Have a wonderful day 😊
I'm glad you liked it! It was a hit with my nephew until he went on to the big empty box and then my cutting a strand of beads for him to re-string LOL
What fun!!! I am thinking of using your recipe to make small batches, and hand them to those residents who are feeling a bit down - it will bring out childlike joy again.....
I had been considering buying some old_fashioned blow bubbles - you know, the ones you hold a ringed stick to blow through? I know the bubble producing guns are fun, but pricey; besides, where would we store them? But this slime is perfect!!!
Linda, thank you for this fun video. I enjoyed watching your great-nephew's reaction to this new toy called snowball slime, but the best part was watching your inner-child surface. I think you had more fun making and playing with the slime than he did. I so look forward to each of your videos. You are so inspiring and uplifting. God bless, Robert.
Loved it! Crafting and being creative is adult play and it’s good for the soul. I’ve not tried it but the slime mixture is supposed to be good for removing crumbs from the crevices of your car (I say this with a word of caution as I’ve not tried this.)
