Spam musubi is a popular snack and lunch food composed of a slice of grilled Spam on top of or sandwiched in between a block of rice wrapped together with nori.
Inexpensive and portable, Spam musubi is commonly found near cash registers in convenience stores all over Hawaii. Musubi can be easily made with the right materials.
