35ml Orange juice
160g Powdered sugar
Bake at 380℉ for 1 minute

Hello. When you put your iced cake in the oven for 1 min, is it to make the icing hard? If you don't put it in the oven, will it not harden by itself when cooling down? Asking because I would like to have my cake with that hard icing, but I am confused a bit. I'm thinking, the oven would melt it instead. Thanks for clarifying this.
