Low Calorie Caramel Sauce!
Macros (35g Serving): 10 Calories | .4 Protein | .2 Fat | 1.4 Carb
Ingredients:
- 200g Allulose
- 100g Half & Half (Fat-free)
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- Salt to taste
Note:
- Allulose is the best sweetener for this recipe since it doesn’t crystalize.
- You can sub bourbon for vanilla extract.
- The sauce will seem runny at first but it will thicken up a lot once it cools down.

Allulose is a zero calorie sweetener and fat-free half and half has much fewer calories than full fat or whipping cream which it traditionally used. It ends up only having 10 calories for 35 grams, which is super low calorie.
