Vanilla Sponge Cake!
It is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Such a perfect treat for afternoon tea with a cup of coffee. Here is a step by step recipe to make your cake turn out like it came from a bakery or even better than a real thing.
✿ Ingredients:
▶ Recipe 3 eggs for 15 -18cm mold:
Large chicken eggs: 3
Vegetable oil: 30g
Fresh milk without sugar: 30g
Vanilla Extract: 2ml (can be omitted)
Cream of tarta: 1gr (Or lemon juice / vinegar)
Flour 8: 70gr (or 40gr all purpose flour + 30gr cornstarch)
Salt: 1gr
Sugar: 60 - 80gr (depending on taste)
▶ Formula of 4 eggs for 20cm mold
Large chicken eggs: 4
Vegetable oil: 40g
Fresh milk without sugar: 40g
Vanilla Extract: 2ml (can be omitted)
Cream of tarta: 1gr (Or lemon juice / vinegar)
Flour 8: 90gr (or 40gr all purpose flour + 30gr cornstarch)
Salt: 1gr
Sugar: 80gr - 100gr (depending on taste)
