My wife cheated on me and she was stunned how quickly I dropped her. My thought process behind this was I know exactly what I'm worth and I can find someone new with ease. Started working out again, got a promotion, and dating a very beautiful and more caring person than she ever was. By doing this she is a freaking wreck now. I honestly feel bad about her situation now. My life is better than ever and hers has just fell apart. Of course she's always hitting me up saying she wants to work things out but, no thanks. I know what I'm worth and I don't deserve to be cheated on...EVER.

Always remember that it isn’t your job to make your spouse happy. It’s there job to find individual happiness as well as yours. One cannot ever be happy with anyone else without first being happy with themselves. As an individual we need to be our best in all aspects. Personally, I’ve focused on trying to master the art of a good attitude. Attitude revolves around everything; work, sleep, eating, driving, being with family/friends, school etc...It’s is all in our perspective and the way we choose to look at things. Always remind yourself that working on you is a process. If you find yourself struggling, simply tell yourself “this is a process”. Individual happiness is something we all deserve. Also really soak in what Kim and Dr. Beam have to say. And remember whoever you are, you are not alone!

I agree with this girl. When I started loving myself than others, I can feel that I am complete. As I feel this completeness, I am not always affected by things happening with the lives of others. absolutely true. I once was on that stage and didn't know what to do. after crying all my pains I prayed and ask the guidance of the Lord. He did not fail me. He teaches me to forgive to save my family. at first even just for my child but as years pass by we were able to fix it. now i must say forgiveness is worthwhile to those who worth it. cheating is just one test to a family. it's up to you if you just let it destroy you or you let it as a challenge for you to surpass.

My husband cheated once 10 years ago . We lost lot of money he spend on her. They went on trips and had lot of fun for two years at his expense alone. Past 10 years he did again we moved to other country. I’m super successful and we got money but he started hiding and lieing and started affair again with a woman . Went to 5 international trip telling me for business. Got speedster phone to call her only so I don’t never find out. Now I caught him and he is asking forgiveness for the kids. I am so upset and angry about this bullshit.

All of this makes sense. Although, once a cheater always a cheater. Example, have y ever broke a drinking glass do y glue it back together or do you up grade and buy a new set of drinking glasses? As f my story my husband cheated on me with all types of men and women. And, I went w him to counseling and did alot of the wrong things because I was hurt. I eventually stopped begging, following him, I even bought him a new phone f the holiday and said I do not even want to have the number. Next, I joined a gym, went back to work, and started college where I left off. Yes, I even got a new hair style and color for me. I started making breakfast f me and our children early enough so the cheater did not see me. He, made dates w me I would have plans or leave the date early. I drove him crazy f four years till final I gave him a divorse along with the bill and obtained all assests. I was never mean or fought him instead I would always look my best dressing f sucess and acting professional when he would have his visitation. He, asked me if I would ever take him back I said maybe in the next millennium or when Crist comes back. As f all I have done since our divorse I furthered my education, improved myself in so many ways I never knew possible, I traveled to 2 countries, and I am staying free from sexual transmitted diseases because I do not share my life w a cheater. Plus, I do not have to worry who my husband is with because I do not need one because I depend on me. And, in this life time God has blessed me with many things marriage is not one of those things for this life time. Instead, travel, education, love from my children family and community is apart of this life that I am know living. I thanked him for opening my eyes of lifes possiblies and told him to have a wonderful life.

After seven years my ....fiancé cheated with a mutual “friend” of ours. I still haven’t gotten over it and I’m constantly suspicious of him. Of course much more has happened the past three years since, but I’m Not sure how much longer either of us can go on like this. Did your partner have a lengthy affair with this friend of yours or did it occur just once? People cheat for all sorts of reasons. Often it had nothing to do with the quality of their existing relationship or the other partner. However the person who has been cheated on often chooses to take it as a personal criticism, especially if they already have a low opinion of themselves. Ask yourself what it was that really hurt you about the affair and why. Whether he can be trusted or not after several years is irrelevant because either way you are hurting and scared that he may cheat again, and suspect him every day which must put a massive burden on you both, yet this is better to you than being single and alone. Do yourself a favour and speak with a therapist about this. Find out what your attachment style is (probably anxious preoccupied/avoidant).

The topic of the PIES and especially the way you put it in this video reminds me a lot of Meg Ryan in French Kiss movie. I went though the shock of discovering my wife affair / I barely got through by the grace of God - and still not out.. depressed suicidal , couldn’t think- just loved her and forgave her and want to save marriage We still married , things aren’t perfect but trying to be the best me as she says. When my wife once wanted a separation, I started contacting much younger women and it really helped to save the marriage. When she initially found out about my confident conversations with the young ladies, her reaction was crazy and she got extremely mad at me. I told her, she should get used to it, and I will definitely keep contacting other women, after she officially rejected me. We are now back together. She later admitted to me, that me talking confidently to much younger women made her jealous and finally made her wanting to end the separation. I still don’t understand her whole reaction, and what happened is still puzzling me. May be she saw me as a kind of beta male, incapable to find another women and was then surprised how quick and easy I found multiple young women, that were quite interested. She admitted, that she was surprised by her own jealousy. I still don’t understand the whole situation.

The PIES work. Had I not taken them up I would be in a downward spiral. Now 9 months later stronger than ever feeling more ready to take on life again. The acting out, the affair, or whatever you want to call has more to do with the other person's insecurities and looking for validation. Validation I couldn't give because I lacked my own self-development and self-love. These videos helped through my struggles but I coped and still standing for the marriage. Good luck!
