This is a great video. I can hand stand with wall for 20 seconds and I can do 20 spiderman push ups for 3 sets. When I can do 50 sp-push ups, 1 minute hand stands, and 50 diamond push ups consistently l’ll start doing handstand push ups on the wall until it’s time to leave the nest. Aka the wall lol
Many people from india videos on calisthenics but ppl here are giving the training on very high rates(even though they havent even achieved that by themselves) so i am looking forward for your videos. Just make sure u share it in india.
