Great video! Thanks!! Can you do a video on how to reach 130 to 150g of protein? I have a very hard time reaching 140g daily.

love this idea! maybe i can highlight some high protein grocery items (that arent just meat) and then map out how someone might hit 120p, 150p, 175p, and 200p in a day. Ive done similar content on IG before, so this would actually be super easy. Thank you!!

I really appreciate you taking your time out to better assist me/others!!! Yeah that would be wonderful! How to really get good/high protein at each meal nuts, beans,meats etc!! Your the best!! Also my dog loves frozen strawberries,blueberries,and pineapple. how about ur dog?

Have you ever read The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung? Calories in calories out doesn't work because although sugar can have equivalent calories to a protein source, they are metabolically very different. The body processes carbohydrates very differently than protein and fat. For anyone who is very overweight, calorie deficit might work no matter what your macro ratio is, but for someone who isn't overweight or doesn't have a lot of excess body fat, it's not that simple.

Jason Fung is an awful source for information and his philosophies have been debunked and discussed throughly by actual nutrition experts in the space - I would highly suggest following @biolayne on Instagram and checking his (numerous) videos he's covered regarding Fung and his work
