I have MAPS performance but this is actually quite different to the mobility 1 session which includes many different moves

Might be helpful to show an inflexible person try these, demonstrating use of a bolster with a pillow for some of these.

Thanks for another awesome video!! The front of my legs and hip flexors ache constantly all day almost everyday...I think it is caused by tight hip flexors. What are the best things to do for super tight hip flexors?? Thanks:-)

I liked this routine, but the program is not as detailed; It doesn't show sets, reps and tempo, and some exercises, like the 90/90, is more simplified.

Start with a light band instead of a stiff stick. Grip wide, and take it slow. It might hurt at first. I think mild discomfort or pain is ok, but listen to your body. Don't push too hard too early. Practice everyday, and you'll get better incrementally, until you're eventually ready for a stick. I've made tremendous mobility gains with this movement.
