Sir the most important thing that u forgot to mention is that owner MUST give time to his gym/business...i hv seen big gyms getting closed coz the owners were not interested at all. And i hv seen myself small gyms with owners being the trainers themselves having fantastic communication skills and social network, doing superb and earning handsome monthly incomes. So giving time to business is the most important aspect which businessmen tend to forget. Start with a small investment, give time, make a system and then "aram se baith ker khao" .
I do not think you watched the video correctly. His first point was you have to be serious before opening a gym. Watch again. What do you think being serious means?
In my view to establish a medium size Gym 1.Gym room rent -1 lakh-1.5 lakhs per month 2.Gym equipments - 25-30 lakhs 3.Gym floor mats - 1 lakh for 3000sq.feet room 4.Gym mirrors,lockers and Posters 2 lakhs approx 5.Gym cc camerss 50k 6.Gym trainers salary 15k-25k per month 7.Gym staff for cleaning 10k per month 8.Gym A/c - 3lakhs(optional) 9.Gym Equipments maintenance 20-30k for every 3months 10.Gym electricity bill 10k-15k per month 11.Gym water bill -1000 per month Usually our Indian people are not regular to gym😂😂. If there is a ramzan month(Muslims won't come). If there is a exams time( students won't come). If there is year ending (no one will come) If there is a movie release (no one will come) If there is dasara,pongal or sankranti(Hindus won't come) There are some people who are very regular to gym.here regular gym goers number is very less.....All IAM saying with my 7 years of experience... And another thing I forget to mention. If u put the gym fee as 2000 per month only rich people will come..and somany will bargain. If they want chicken Bucket in KFC will pay 1000 ruppes for 1 day..Here people are not interested in investing on there own health.But they will invest Soo much money to spoil there own health...@gurumansir #gurumansir🙏🙏

It was wonderful sir. Watch your many videos. We are rishikesh Yogkulam yoga school and right now I'm in China opened a new yoga school here. As you said know your competitors and be a little chiefer then them. Here people are giving free class for trying but many people come and just come for free and they are sailing so chiefer as it don't deserve. On the name of facilities people are just going to yoga class for eating and drinking can you explain a little more about facilities or any other suggestions for competitors. I think as we learn a lot from your videos we can make good diet chart for them can do something like this.
